About Me

I am Zhu, a product designer based in the Bay Area, currently working at Capital One. Previously, I designed for Farmers Business Network, helping farmers secure loans stress-free so they could focus on running their farms.

I'm originally from Chengdu, China, and I've had the chance to work with companies from China, the US, and Australia. This global experience has shaped me into a flexible designer who always strives for inclusive design.

Most of my career so far has been in the startup scene, where I learned the importance of lean UX principles and the art of aligning design goals with business needs. I believe that a design truly shines when it’s not just sitting in a design file but something alive and embraced by customers.
